    Play Has Superpowers!

Play and movement affect children from head to toe. Physical activity strengthens a child’s wellbeing and motor skills. At the same time, an active body supports a happy mind: confidence grows and social interaction skills develop. Play and movement also help children relax. Falling asleep becomes easier in the evening — and sleep is better, too.

    Jump in and play!
